Meet Stephen Sills
Registered Psychologist
Hello and welcome! My name is Stephen, and I help children, adolescents, and adults increase their functioning, navigate life’s challenges, and perform to the best of their abilities. I utilize a client-centered, strength-based approach, where I flexibly help clients build off their existing capabilities and use their strengths and resources in order to meet the challenges they face. I also help clients take new perspectives, develop deeper understandings of themselves, and define actionable ways to move forward in ways that are guided by their values. I aim to guide clients through the process of making and maintaining the meaningful changes they want to see in their lives, while using evidence-based interventions, so that they can feel empowered, confident, and resilient.
