Responsibilities

Greet and assist clients with scheduling and inquiries.

Manage appointment bookings and therapist schedules.

Handle client records and ensure documentation accuracy.

Support day-to-day operations and ensure a seamless experience for both clients and staff.

Qualifications

Previous administrative experience in a healthcare setting is an asset.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to handle client needs with compassion.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and scheduling software.
