Yes, most insurance and healthcare plans cover our counsellors and psychologists. When booking your first session, let us know your insurance details, and we will assist you in confirming whether the counsellor you are paired with is covered under your plan.

Currently, we do not offer direct billing to insurance companies, and payment is required upfront for your session. We accept Debit, Visa, Mastercard, and Interac transfers. However, we are actively working on implementing direct billing in the future to enhance your convenience. In the meantime, we will provide you with a detailed invoice containing all the necessary information to submit your insurance claim.

At CPC Clinics, we are committed to providing accessible and efficient care to all our clients. To ensure fairness and respect for everyone’s time, we have a clear policy regarding late cancellations and missed appointments.

We require a minimum of one business days’ notice for any cancellations or changes to an appointment. You can provide notice by:

Jane App: If you have booked using Jane App our online booking tool, you can use it to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Calling the clinic and speaking with our administrative team or leaving a voicemail.

When contacting us, please include your name, the date and time of your appointment, and the name of your counsellor.

Reminders: You will receive an email reminder 48 hours before your appointment and a text reminder 24 hours in advance to help you manage your schedule effectively.

Payment and Cancellation Fee: We require a valid credit card (Visa or Mastercard) to be kept on file, securely stored through Jane, our payment processor, in compliance with PIPEDA regulations.

If you are not able to provide one business days’ notice or miss your appointment, a no-show or late cancellation fee equivalent to the full cost of your session will be charged to your credit card at the time of the scheduled session.
This policy applies to situations such as forgetting your appointment, double-booking, or committing to other plans.

  • If you cannot attend your in-person session, you may switch to an online or phone appointment with advance notice.
