Meet Ashley Sabados

Registered Psychologist

Hello and welcome. I am Ashley, and I have dedicated my career to working at the intersection of clinical psychology and the legal system while also providing comprehensive therapy to children, adolescents, and adults. My goal is to offer clarity, support, and meaningful change during life’s most vulnerable and high-stakes moments. In addition to forensic work and psychological assessments, I support individuals facing depression, anxiety, personality disorders, trauma-related concerns, and other emotional or behavioural difficulties, including persistent worry, overwhelming sadness, relationship challenges, and long-standing patterns that interfere with daily functioning. Whether you are navigating high-conflict family court proceedings, coping with the aftermath of trauma, seeking support for ongoing mental health concerns, or pursuing an assessment that translates complex clinical data into a clear path forward, I work to ensure you feel seen, respected, and understood. My practice is grounded in the belief that even within a forensic context, the process must remain humane, client-centered, and evidence-based. By applying a structured, professional judgment approach while maintaining a warm, compassionate, and nurturing demeanor, I help individuals and families move from crisis and conflict toward stability and practical, child-focused resolutions, and I believe meaningful outcomes are most possible when clients feel safe enough to be their authentic selves as they build insight, strengthen relationships, and develop healthier coping strategies.
