We are seeking a skilled Registered Therapist who values collaboration and client-centered care. This role involves providing therapy to clients with diverse backgrounds and needs, helping them work toward mental wellness and personal resilience.
Responsibilities
Provide individual and group counseling sessions.
Develop and implement personalized treatment plans.
Work with clients to establish achievable goals and coping strategies.
Document sessions and maintain client confidentiality.
Qualifications
Master’s degree in Counseling or related field.
Registration with a relevant professional body (e.g., Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association).
Proficiency in therapeutic approaches such as solution-focused therapy, trauma-informed care, and family systems.
Excellent communication and rapport-building skills.
