We use an integrated approach to provide comprehensive care, promoting recovery and improving quality of life.

involve working with chiropractors, physiotherapists, and other healthcare professionals, the mental and emotional impacts are just as important. These invisible injuries can significantly affect your well being. Our clinic provides compassionate care to address the emotional and psychological challenges following an accident, offering personalized therapy and support to help you heal, regain confidence, and move forward.

Additional Counselling Services
Empowerment and Self-Esteem Building
Empowerment and self-esteem are foundational to personal growth and well-being. Through individual and group sessions, we guide clients in recognizing their inherent strengths, shifting mindsets, and overcoming self-doubt. Our approach aims to help clients build resilience, embrace their potential, and navigate life’s challenges confidently.
Mindfulness and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
Mindfulness practices and ACT help clients focus on the present, accept difficult emotions, and commit to positive actions aligned with their values. These therapies are especially helpful for those dealing with anxiety, stress, and behavioral issues, promoting healthier coping strategies and a balanced lifestyle.
Motivational Interviewing (MI)
Motivational interviewing (MI) is a collaborative approach designed to strengthen a person’s motivation for change. Narrative Therapy
Narrative therapy helps clients reframe their stories and view their experiences from a different perspective. This approach is beneficial for individuals dealing with trauma, complex mental health issues, and low self-esteem, enabling them to reclaim their narratives and build a more empowering outlook on life.
Behavioral Therapy for Anxiety and Depression
Our therapy services for anxiety and depression include cognitive and behavioral strategies to help clients manage symptoms, challenge negative thought patterns, and develop healthier emotional responses. We work with clients to create a personalized treatment plan that addresses their unique challenges and supports long-term recovery.
Support for Complex Mental Health Issues
Our practice provides comprehensive support for individuals dealing with complex mental health issues, including personality disorders, psychosis, schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, and borderline personality disorder (BPD). Concurrent Disorders and Complex Presentations
