Dr. Sebastian Saint Registered Psychologist
Assessment Specialist, CPC Clinics
I assess ADHD, learning differences, and PTSD for clients aged 3 and up. Testing produces a written report with scores, a diagnosis where one applies, and named accommodations. Schools and employers act on that report. I also treat PTSD directly, using CBT and EMDR. Assessment and therapy run through one psychologist at CPC Clinics.

What Dr. Saint Assesses and Treats
Dr. Saint holds 3 primary specialties. Each one ends in a written report or a treatment plan.
ADHD Assessment
ADHD assessment measures attention, impulse control, and executive function across home, school, and work. Testing separates ADHD from anxiety, mood, and learning difficulties that produce similar symptoms. Adults who were never assessed as children make up a large share of this caseload.
Psychoeducational Assessment
Psychoeducational assessment identifies learning differences and giftedness, including dyslexia, dyscalculia, and dysgraphia. The report compares cognitive ability against academic achievement to locate the gap. Schools use that gap to grant formal accommodations.
PTSD Assessment and Treatment
PTSD work covers screening, diagnosis, and treatment, plus Veterans Affairs medical questionnaire assessments. Treatment runs on CBT and EMDR. The same psychologist who assesses you provides the therapy.
Dr. Saint also provides personality assessment and capacity assessment for legal and educational decisions. He runs 2 REVIVE programs, namely Executive Reset and Competitive Edge.

What an Assessment Involves
Every ADHD and psychoeducational assessment runs through 5 stages.
- Intake interview. Covers developmental history, school records, medical history, and current concerns.
- Standardized testing. Measures cognitive ability, academic achievement, attention, and executive function against age-matched norms. Instruments include WAIS, WISC, WJ-IV, Conners, and Brown Scales.
- Multi-informant input. Rating scales go to parents, teachers, or partners who observe you in daily settings.
- Written report. States the test scores, the diagnosis where one applies, and the recommended accommodations.
- Feedback session. Explains every score, what it means, and which recommendations to act on first.
CPC Clinics forwards the report to your school, physician, or employer, if you ask.

These are common reasons clients book an assessment or therapy with Dr. Saint.
See If Dr. Saint Is Right for YouYou need a formal ADHD diagnosis for medication, accommodations, or disability support.
Your child is falling behind at school and no assessment has explained why.
You need written documentation to request accommodations from a university or employer.
You are a veteran and need a Veterans Affairs medical questionnaire completed.
You want one psychologist for both the assessment and the therapy that follows.
You hold an older assessment report and want its results explained in plain language.
How I Work
Every assessment and treatment plan draws on the same core methods, chosen to fit what you need.
Standardized psychological testing
Tests measure memory, processing speed, reasoning, and attention against age-matched norms.
Psychoeducational evaluation
Cognitive ability gets compared against academic achievement to locate a learning gap.
Behavioural observation and multi-informant interviews
Rating scales go to people who observe you daily, such as parents, teachers, and partners.
Collaborative report writing and feedback
The feedback session covers each score, its meaning, and the recommendations that follow.
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)
CBT identifies the thoughts that trigger a reaction, then tests those thoughts against evidence.
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)
EMDR uses guided eye movements to reduce the distress attached to a specific memory.
Trauma-informed care
You control the pacing, the topics, and the point at which a session stops.
Confidential. Compassionate. Evidence-informed.
